Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN SEPTEMBER 2019

If you want to promote your Research Project to complement your participation as a speaker or delegate, a dedicated space with specific booth will be available in the Exhibition Area.

More information will be given soon.

All participants including Chairpersons and Speakers are required to register and settle registration fees prior to the conference.

Registration deadline is set on 20 February 2020 at 20:00 GMT 
Due to security reasons, no registration after this date will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note only speakers delivering a presentation can register as “Speaker/Chairperson” at 800.00€, co-authors are requested to register as “Participant”

Registration fees include: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for Welcome Reception, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, 1 ticket for technical visit, Conference Proceedings.

Ticket for the Gala Dinner can be purchased in addition during your online registration process.

>> SOCIAL EVENTS

Three social events are included in the registration fees:

> Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday, February 25 (19:00 – 20:00)
> Gala Dinner on Wednesday, February 26 (19:30 – 23:00)
> Technical Visit on Friday, February 28

Extra ticket for accompanying person can be purchased during your online registration.

>> CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference (10 February 2020) and must be in writing.
At less than 15 days from the conference, cancellation fee will apply for (80% of the fees). Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the conference (25 February 2020) will be liable to the full registration fees.

Accommodation

Early booking for the conference is strongly recommended.
A list of hotels with negociated rates will be available soon.

The following topics will be considered for the AEC2020 Call for Papers

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  • The main purpose of the abstract is to give the Program Committees information to assist them in selecting the papers to be presented at the conference.
  • The selected papers will be presented in a 20 minutes speech at the conference (included 5 minutes for Q&A).
  • An abstract will be selected based on the importance and originality of the subject addressed, on its relevance to the conference theme, on the clarity of its expression.
  • The abstract should be a “stand alone” summary that can be used in the compilation of abstracts.
  • The abstract should be in English and no longer than 500 words.
  • The abstract should summarize the main objectives of the paper to be presented and outline its conclusions.
  • Work that has been presented elsewhere, and not updated, will be considered inappropriate.
  • Notification by the Programme Committees will be accompanied by detailed instructions allowing authors to prepare and make the online submission of their full paper.
  • Failure to comply with the deadlines and instructions required will entail not having the manuscript selected and included in the conference proceedings.
  • All abstracts should be submitted on the dedicated platform (from March 2019 to September 2019).
