Please note only speakers delivering a presentation or presenting a poster can register as “Speaker/Chairperson/Poster“, co-authors are requested to register as “Participant”

Registration fees include: Conference sessions attendance, Conference documentation, coffee breaks, lunches, 1 ticket for Welcome Reception, 1 ticket for Gala Dinner, 1 ticket for technical visit, Conference Proceedings.

Ticket for the Gala Dinner can be purchased in addition during your online registration process.

Three social events are included in the registration fees:
> Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday, February 25 (20:00 – 22:00) – Hosted by Hôtel de Région (Bordeaux)
> Gala Dinner on Wednesday, February 26 (20:00 – 23:00)
> Technical Visit on Friday, February 28
>> DAY WINE TOUR – Optional for participants and spouses
> Friday, February 28: a discovery day at the vineyard on the right bank of the Estuary in the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation is organized in the scope of the Conference.
Full day programme (from 10am to 5pm), including wine estate visit, tasting and lunch, guided tour of Blaye Citadel and other surprises.

>> CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation will only be accepted up to 15 days prior to the conference (10 February 2020) and must be in writing.
At less than 15 days from the conference, cancellation fee will apply for (80% of the fees). Delegates who do not cancel before the start of the conference (25 February 2020) will be liable to the full registration fees.
If you want to promote your Research Project to complement your participation as a speaker or delegate, a dedicated space with specific booth will be available in the Exhibition Area.
